All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days.

2. Estimated Shipping Times & Coverage (Egypt)
- Alexandria: 1 to 2 business days.
- Cairo, Giza, and other governorates: 3 to 5 business days.
- Assiut, Qena, and Aswan: Minimum of 6 business days.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. No hidden shipping fees will be added after checkout.

4. Secure Packaging
To ensure product integrity, hygiene, and quality, all orders are shipped in securely sealed packaging. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging upon delivery, or if there is any issue upon opening, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
