1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
2. Immediate 24-Hour Exchange Service
- If there is an issue with the product compatibility, size, or if you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- We will arrange an immediate exchange. Our courier will collect the incorrect/defective item and hand over the replacement to you at the same time.
3. Exchange via Branch
Customers can also exchange items at our physical branch within 1 week of receiving the order, provided the item is in its original condition and the order invoice/number is presented.
4. Return & Refund Process
- If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 24 hours of opening the package to initiate the return.
- A courier will be dispatched to collect the returned item from your address.
- Once we receive and inspect the product to verify its original condition and quality, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
